I've had an e-mail from Google about it closing down, what do I need to do?

If you have had an e-mail regarding the closure of Google+ (Google plus) please read the following article:

Chances are if you don't even know what Google+ is, no action will be required on your part. Your Gmail will continue to work, as will Google Photos and other Google services.
