Forward your e-mail to another address, and other e-mail options

Modified on Thu, 14 Feb 2019 at 09:47 AM

Forwarding your e-mail to another e-mail address is something you are able to do quite easily for yourself using the options available to you once you have logged into your webmail. Your webmail address starts with webmail then a dot (.) then your domain name (do not include www) - for example if your domain name is set.com then your webmail login address is http://webmail.set.com, login with your username (your full e-mail address) and password. Once you are logged in you'll find the options for forwarding e-mail (amongst other options) from the drop down menu under the profile silhouette. See the screenshot for additional help.

Other options include spam filters, auto responders (auto-reply), e-mail filters (message rules) and some more besides. If you are unable to setup these options for yourself, you may either use your support plan or pay as you go option to have All Tech Plus provide administrative support for your business.
